HBE DLPM Automatic Recirculation Valve

DLPM Series

The HBE DLPM series automatic recirculation valve was developed for centrifugal pump protection, providing the following features and benefits:

Operational Dependability - the valve has only one moving part. No pilot valves or linkages are required for operation. The combination check valve/flow sensing element is guided at the top and bottom for smooth operation.

Multi-funtional Valve - provides economical and reliable protection against low flow and reverse flow conditions. The valve combines the functions of:

  • Main Line Check Valve
  • Flow Sensing Element
  • Bypass Flow Control
  • Bypass Pressure Reduction

The DLPM eliminates at least seven separate components used in a conventional system.

Self-powered - the valve operates without air or electric power and is easily installed with three connections.

Specialty Valves for Special Needs

Block &Bleed Assembly Valve

316L Forged Stainless Steel Construction


This valve assembly was fabricated for Associated Valve on special order for a Biotechnology Pilot Plant in Edmonton. It is installed in a steam application on a fermentation tank.

Among the specifications: a 240 grit I.D. polish, clamp ends, stainless steel bonnets, EDPM-FDA diaphragm material on the 2" valves and Teflon/EPDM on the ½" valves.

When you already know exactly what you need, Associated Valve will supply it with minimal fuss and maximum efficiency.
If there are uncertainties, we go through all the variables with you -- matching projected service conditions and system requirements to the appropriate pressure/temperature rating, materials of construction, end connections, actuation, etc.
