High Purity Diaphragm Valves

DVC High Purity diaphragm valves for the bio-processing and pharmaceutical applications are manufactured from forged stainless steel (ASTM A182 F316L) with controlled chemicals that meet or exceed the requirements of ASME BPE specifications.



Forgings are solution annealed to guarantee a ferrite content of 5% or less to provide the most aseptic valve body and eliminate concern of contaminants. DVC manufacturing processes and production cycles are QA monitored to ISO 9002 standards. All bodies are fully traceable with permanently marked heat numbers.
